Do you purchase mobile homes?

Yes. If you are interested in selling your mobile home, please get in touch with us.

Do you have Mobile-Homes available?

We offer new and used Mobile Homes that are move-in ready with a rent-to-own option through our Lease to Purchase program. No credit check required. Call or email us today regarding availability.

Do you speak Spanish?

We are able to provide all documents in Spanish and can have someone on-site or over the phone to translate for Spanish-speaking tenants if needed.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes! We can work with you on financing a manufactured home so that you can become a homeowner in just 3-10 years.

Can I pay rent online?

Yes. Once you provide us with an email address, you will receive monthly invoices from Quickbooks. We accept all major credit cards for no additional fee.

What if I don’t have online access or an email address?

You may pay your monthly rent by check or money order to our office at 3001 Dunwoody Drive in the center of the park.

How do I file a maintenance request?

Our property Manager is available to promptly answer all non-emergent questions or concerns Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm by calling or texting 229-883-2499 or emailing burnttreepark@gmail.com.

What if I have an emergency?

If you experience a life-threatening emergency, dial 911. For all other matters that require immediate attention, you may call or text Management at 229-883-2499 and email burnttreepark@gmail.com

Is your community safe?

We strive to maintain a safe and quiet environment for our Tenants through tag surveillance at each entrance in addition to video surveillance over the recreation area central to the park. Tenants are encouraged to report any suspicious activity to Management, and we continue to communicate with Albany Police and Fire Department as necessary to ensure Tenants feel safe in our community.
